Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Marching Band

The Marching Band camp fee is non-refundable after July 4, 2026

Music Program

Non-refundable.

Disney Trip

All funds paid toward the THS Music Boosters Disney Trip 2027 are non-refundable. We are unable to refund payments because trip funds are committed and paid to our bus company, hotel, Disney, and other trip vendors. Optional Registration Insurance During checkout, families will have the option to purchase third-party registration insurance through Vertical Insure. This coverage is completely optional and is separate from Towson High School Music Boosters. The Music Boosters do not administer the insurance policy, determine whether a claim is covered, or receive the insurance premium. Please review the policy terms carefully before purchasing. The policy is not “cancel for any reason” coverage. Insurance premiums cannot be refunded by the Music Boosters. If, in an exceptional circumstance, the Music Boosters issue any refund or credit toward trip payments, that would not include the cost of registration insurance. Questions regarding insurance coverage, claims, or insurance-premium refunds must be directed to Vertical Insure. Purchasing registration insurance does not change the Music Boosters’ trip refund policy.
