Music Boosters
Our mission is to support and promote the Towson High School Music Department in order to provide a program of excellence
The Towson High School Music Boosters are volunteers dedicated to improving our wonderful music program. The boosters provide financial support to run our curricular and extra-curricular programs.
The THS Music Boosters raise funds through membership dues, Citrus and Wreath sales, donations, and through events such as the annual Basket Bingo. THS Music Boosters support has led capital improvement campaigns – including new marching band uniforms, instrument purchases, musical repertoire, software programs, and special projects including the stadium bleachers expansion (2019) – and funds the purchase of new uniforms, instrument repair and maintenance, program supplies, recognition awards, scholarships for graduating seniors, and financial aid for all THS music related programs.
The music boosters also sponsor the annual marching band camp and the Disney trip experience.

Communication
Regular communication is primarily through email once your child is enrolled in a music class or marching band. We also have a few social media accounts.
Volunteer
Volunteering is a fulfilling and enriching experience that combines a love for music with the joy of giving back. As a volunteer, you become an integral part of a vibrant community where talented young musicians are nurtured and inspired.
Whether you assist in organizing or providing support for events, or helping with concert attire or fundraising, your contribution plays a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment. By witnessing the students' dedication and growth, you witness firsthand the transformative power of music in their lives.
Volunteering allows you to make a meaningful impact, connect with passionate individuals, and cultivate a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

The Music Boosters meet the first Wednesday of every month (September - June) from 7pm-8pm at Towson High School in room 158 (chorus/guitar room).
Enter the building at the Aigburth Road Bus Parking Lot entrance.

Directions for New Members:
1. One parent or legal guardian needs to create an account on the site by clicking on the "Sign Up" button.
2. After signing up, Log In to your account.
3. Choose "Participants" and add your child as a new participant.
4. To add additional parents, legal guardians, or other family members whom you wish to have access, select your child and choose "Add Account". Instructions will be sent to the email address you provide.
5. Under the "Programs" menu, select "Music Program", then choose "Register".
6. Select a participant and complete the registration information.

1-Star General - $50 (USD)
Subscription period: 1 year

Benefits: Entry level family membership and voting membership and THS Music Sticker.
3-Star General - $100 (USD)
Subscription period: 1 year
No automatically recurring payments
Benefits: 1-Star plus 2 free tickets to our Fall Friendraiser and 2 free Basket Bingo tickets (a $70 value).
5-Star General - $200 (USD)
Subscription period: 1 year
No automatically recurring payments
Benefits: 1-Star and 3-Star plus a 30 minute conducting lesson with Mr. Olin and the opportunity to conduct the THS Marching Band playing the fight song "Stand Up Towson" at a home football game.
Corporate Membership - $250 (USD)
Subscription period: 1 year
No automatically recurring payments
Corporate membership includes your logo and information on our website, six winter and spring concerts programs that reach approximately 1,000 students, parents and families, major fundraising programs, and announcements during 4-5 half-time high school football games.
