2026 Community Marching Band - Towson July 4th Parade
Mr. Olin is organizing the band's participation in this year’s Towson July 4th Parade. All are welcome including current band members, alumni, and prospective members (including elementary and middle school students) are invited to join.

Disney Trip 2027
Towson High Music will return to Disney World March 20-24, 2027.
Students must be enrolled in at least one of the following: THS Music Ensemble Class (Wind Ensemble, Orchestra, Chorus, Percussion, and/or Jazz), THS Theatre Class, and/or THS Marching Band during the 2026-2027 school year.

Marching Band Information - Fall 2026 Season
Marching Band Information
Interest Meeting
Thursday, June 4, 2026, 7pm-8pm in the THS Auditorium. Interested students should plan to attend with a parent/guardian/caregiver.
Park and enter the school Auditorium from the Aigburth Road Parking Lot entrance (204 Aigburth Road, Towson, MD 21286).

Online registration goes live on Thursday, June 4.

Summer Camp
Mini Camp @ Towson High - August 4 & 6, 2026; 9am-4pm
Sleepover Camp @ Camp Ramblewood, Darlington, MD - August 9-14, 2026 (Sunday through Friday)
Mini-Camp is optional if the student is out of town. Sleepover camp is mandatory for all band members.
Season Schedule
The Towson High School Marching Band is very active, similar to a fall sport. We practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. The band performs at all home football games (Saturdays, 9 AM - 4 PM), the September Reisterstown Parade (Saturday), the October Hagerstown Parade (Saturday evening), and the BCPS Showcase of Bands, and one MMBA competition performance.
The marching season runs from August through the first Saturday of November (depending on varsity football season and playoffs)
The 2026 season schedule will be distributed at the interest meeting in June.
Community Marching Band - Towson July 4th Parade - RETURNING For 2026
We kicked off a new tradition in 2025 with great success. Over 60 participants from Towson HS, Dulaney HS, and feeder elementary and middle schools. ANYONE is able to join our 2nd annual July 4th Towson Community Marching Band. Young, old, middle-aged. Parents, teachers, alumni, current students. All are welcome.
